About Me
Live life! This is a motto we often say but are we really living our lives? Life can be difficult, challenging and sometimes messy. How do we find meaning from these experiences when we are struggling to even understand who we are? I am committed to helping individuals live their best lives while overcoming challenges and believe it is these encounters that invite us into change. Carl Rogers attested that “The curious paradox is that when we accept ourselves just as we are, then we can change.” That is a profound statement in modern society where we are often conditioned to be everyone but ourselves.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to help individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma and other life difficulties. The journey to healing must come from within for lasting change. I will assist you in your journey to help find solutions, and the changes needed for you to live your life with high regard to be the person you desire to be. I utilize a person-centered approach to assist clients in learning how to empower themselves through the therapeutic relationship.
I obtained his MHR from the University of Oklahoma in 2020 with a fond interest in supporting those suffering from Religious trauma. Together we can explore life’s challenges to have greater understanding of ourselves, live in the present moment and become who we want to be in this life.
