About Me
I am here to help people find inner and interpersonal healing and to overcome barriers to their personal growth. My focus is on the individual’s experience and providing assistance to help clients achieve their goals. Through positivity and a strengths-based view, I strive to empower clients to increase their self-worth, providing opportunities to develop awareness of the problems they are facing, and gain new insights of possible solutions. With your help, I am dedicated to identifying and working toward your personal goals.
I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere in which you can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, images and beliefs, conscious or unconscious, that may be keeping you stuck. I strive to provide an environment that allows you to be authentically you so that you may discuss your thoughts and feelings openly.
I know that no single approach is the right fit for every individual, therefore I have been trained in a range of modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, & EMDR. I temper the process with creativity, imagination and humor, along with practical solutions and goals.
